Technique mixte sur toile sur bois
122.5 x 67.5 cm
2020-2026
The image of the jug was not planned. It emerged gradually through layers of shapes and marks, shaped by repeated revisions, scraping back, and reworking. Rather than depicting an object from the outset, the form revealed itself over time.
The small painting of the falling man was added more impulsively—almost as an afterthought. It felt right to introduce it, to interrupt the surface. This gesture brings a note of unpredictability, contrasting with the slower process through which the jug came into being.
